I’m a nutrition and dietetics student (future registered dietitian) passionate about plant-based foods for their deliciousness, healthfulness, and unlimited variety. I’m also currently enrolled in the Rouxbe Professional Plant-Based Cooking Certification course and plan on sharing some of the food I make and techniques I learn with you.

Hey Angela! I just came across your fantastic blog. I just applied to an MS in Human Nutrition program and want to focus on vegetarianism. I’m curious what program you’re doing and if you like it. It’d be great to connect with other like-minded people who are striving to become RDs. :)

    • Hi Meredith! Thanks for your sweet comment! I apologize that it’s taken me so long to respond. I’m enrolled in the coordinated program in dietetics at Eastern Michigan University. So far it’s been good but different than I expected. I’d love to discuss more with you if you’d like. Let me know and we can email. Have you heard back about getting into your program? Good luck!
